I greatly appreciated the help that was given to us by Space, for finding a property and for dealing with our requests quickly and effectively. Their team is friendly and patient. During the two years that we were living on Grange (as students) our service never declined and any issues were usually resolved within 24 hours. I recall a time when I accidently broke my shelving (too many books!), and the damage was immediately fixed with no charges whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
Friendly and helpful staff. Our tenancy was great and we loved our 6 bed house on Grange Ave, maintenance was dealt with in good time and we always felt welcome in the office. As students it was a really great experience to rent with them and I definitely would take a SPACE house in the future.
