SPACE was launched in 2007 and thrives on the challenge of catering to the needs of our tenants and landlords, our quality marketing attracts quality tenants which maximises rental levels. We are a small, yet effective business and find our friendly approach to business and domestic problems is the key to matching the right tenant to the right property.

As many of our tenants are students we feel we offer a unique service which understands the needs of students in Reading. Having this knowledge not only helps us understand the needs of our tenants better, but also to strengthen our relationships with our landlords to create the perfect living space in our properties.
