TRAINEE LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR

Space is an innovative and very busy Lettings Agency based on the East Side of Reading Town Centre.

Due to continued growth we are Iooking to recruit an energetic and lively individual.

The ideal candidate, will as a minimum possess,

• A good level of education including English and Maths
• Be extremely well presented
• A Full UK driving licence
• Be an excellent timekeeper
• Have a high level of computer skills, Windows, Excel
• Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
• Extreme accuracy and attention to detail
• Lettings experience will be an advantage
• The ability to work to very strict deadlines
• Be capable of working in a highly stressful and fast paced enviroment

Knowledge of Acquaint lettings software a distinct advantage.

Salary: £11,000 - £14,000
