We have specialised in Student Lettings for many years and have a wide range of properties to suit all tastes and budgets, all accommodation is close to the central study facilities and they have easy access to shops, banks, social facilities and bus routes to and from the town centre.

Each house is based in a vibrant student community with its own distinctive character offering you a secure environment to study and relax. All our houses vary in style and size so you can choose between a wide range of study, domestic and social facilities. We can also offer student accommodation outside of the usual student areas, in perhaps a more, quiet, suburban location.

Many students, particularly for the first time out of Halls of residence will have many concerns and worries about the daunting task of taking ownership of their own property. We aim to make the move as smooth as possible and feel from a vast experience that we are in a position to answer many queries that may arise, thus hopefully placing you in a better position to make these decisions, when choosing your new accommodation.
